I’ve been researching what it would take to publish in hard cover, since CreateSpace (the Amazon.com imprint I use currently to publish my books) doesn’t offer the option. Ingram Spark, however, does, but I would need to purchase my own ISBNs, which require a hefty chunk of money up front to buy a 10-pack. Print on demand hard covers would also not be as affordable as the paperbacks, though if I do choose hard covers, I’ll also provide a paperback option. So …
